New Earth Systems’ patented Centrofier™ unit, along with the patent-pending Hydro Pulsar, treats high-strength wastestreams that are too challenging or temperamental for most conventional treatment processes. In fact, it not only removes contaminants from the water, but also transforms the removed toxins into their most stable state.

The Centrofier™ unit is capable of treating, to government standards, the wastewater generated by the washing of dirty PET plastic. Once treated, the water can then be re-used in the washing process. Use of this technology will allow PET to be reprocessed and resold domestically – activities that represent significant profit-generating opportunities for owners of dirty plastic materials.

The Centrofier™ is built in a modular, portable design, which makes it possible to quickly deploy the technology to onsite locations, and provides for ease of expansion as production increases.
